Welcome to She Is Magnificent — a space created for women in midlife and beyond who are ready to reclaim their health, confidence, and power.

I’m Keri-Lorene, a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, wellness strategist, and founder of She Is Magnificent. But more than titles, I’m a woman who knows what it’s like to juggle career, family, health, and self-doubt — and still feel called to rise higher.

This brand was born out of my belief that midlife isn’t the end of your story — it’s the most powerful chapter. I’ve walked through challenges of my own, including rebuilding my health, reshaping my body, and reinventing my future. Now, I guide other women to do the same — without gimmicks, quick fixes, or shame.

What I Do

Through coaching, workshops, and programs, I help women:
